Aastha Rana

Aastha Rana joined Adrian Lee & Partners in 2025 as Risk & Compliance Officer. She supports the firm’s regulatory and operational compliance functions, drawing on her background in audit and risk management. She began her career at KPMG in India, before moving to a financial services firm in Ireland as a Senior Internal Auditor. She holds a Master’s in Finance from Dublin City University and is currently in the final stages of completing the ACCA qualification. When not focused on compliance, she enjoys long walks and spending time with animals.
