Nichola Hogan

Partner, Head of Compliance and Risk Management, Head of Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Nichola joined Adrian Lee & Partners in 2018. A qualified Barrister, Nichola practised at the Bar of Ireland for a number of years before joining the regulatory compliance department of a large credit institution, where she provided specialised regulatory compliance advice to the treasury, wholesale institutional banking and investment areas. Following her time there Nichola was employed as a Senior Compliance Manager in the Irish regulated entity of a major international financial services organisation. Nichola holds an Hons LLB in Law, Higher Diploma in Business Studies, Barrister at Law Degree, Higher Diploma in Employment Law and Professional Certificate in Compliance. Outside of work, Nichola enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
