Rabia Shirazi

Rabia joined Adrian Lee & Partners in 2022 as Senior Partner and Global Head of Business Development. Rabia has worked in Currency Management for over 20 years, previously as Head of Portfolio Management at Insight Investment and as Senior Vice President at Pareto Investment Management. Her other roles have included Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer for ESG start-ups and Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. She holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, MSc (Econ) Operational Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc (Hons) Mathematics from Queen Mary, University of London. She holds the Investment Management Certificate from CFA Society of the UK. Rabia is an ambassador for diversity and inclusion. She enjoys travel and cinema.
